House edge is charged per round, not per hour. That sounds like a technicality and it is actually the whole story. A one-minute table runs sixty rounds an hour. A ten-minute table runs six. Same stake, same bet, same edge — ten times the cost.

These are averages over many hours, not predictions for any single session — you can easily finish an hour ahead or far further behind.
